Our coho is harvest by troll boats , the trolling method of hooks and lines uses diferent lures to specifically target coho.
Wild Coho Salmon is favoured for it’s fine-textured, consistently red flesh with versatile full flavour.
Cooking is best when the fillets are completely thawed to room temperature. Poaching, BBQ, frying and baking. are all great ways to prepare your filets. Because these are FAS (frozen at sea) they can be prepared as sushi and sashimi. In other words all our fillets can be eaten raw.
