All our fish products are shipped frozen from Vancouver by our skipper, Rick
All our fish products are shipped frozen from Vancouver by our skipper, Rick. Immediately upon arrival, the fillets are placed in our holding freezer here in Leaside. Because these are wild fish, each fillet varies in size.
Coho fillets are approximately 1-2 lbs each, and Pink fillets are approximately 1 lbs each. The Chinook are approximately 1 lbs portions. Tuna loins are portioned and just under a pound each but are also available in full loins. The ling cod come in 1/2 lbs portions each. Our smoked salmon comes in 1 pound and 1/2 lbs packages. Black Cod are packaged in 6 oz portions.

Curbside pickup is at our Leaside location at Laird and Mcrae. Also at our Junction location on Annett Street.
Saturdays you will find us at The Evergreen Brick Works. Starting in May, we are at the Junction on Saturdays, Leslieville on Sundays, Sorauren on Mondays and Cabbagetown on Tuesdays. We look forward to seeing you and we encourage you to order online for free delivery if you miss the markets.
