The fillets and the smoked fish are vacuum packed, pin bone removed, and all product is frozen. Because these are wild fish they vary quite a bit in size but the average size for each product is included below.

Ordering Procedure
Once you have made your selection Morgan or I will hand pick your fish ,weigh it, then invoice you with the amount owing. Payment can be by e-transfer, cash or credit card at the time of delivery. Delivery is free within the GTA on Mondays or Wednesdays.
