Our service ensures the supply of fish that is handpicked and guarantees only the highest quality.


Our skipper, Rick, is responsible for personally shipping all our fish products from Vancouver in a frozen state to ensure utmost freshness. Upon reaching their destination at Leaside and the Junction, the fillets are promptly stored in our on-site holding freezer. It’s important to note that, given the wild nature of the fish, there can be considerable variation in the size of each fillet.

Our Coho fillets typically weigh around 2 lbs each, while Pink fillets average at about 1 lb each. Chinook portions are now about 6 oz each. Full Tuna loins range from 1-2 lbs. Ling cod, on the other hand, are portioned into roughly 1 lb each. Our delectable smoked salmon is packaged in convenient 1/2 lbs packages and Black Cod are neatly packaged into portions of 6 ounces. The weight of the Rougheye Rockfish fillets can vary, ranging from approximately 1/2 – 2 lbs.

Upon making your fish selection, we’ll promptly weigh it to determine the price. Once this process is done, your selection will be prepared for either delivery or pick up, as per your preference.

Morgan or Donna is in charge of confirming delivery dates and is committed to delivering within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
